Change of Address

This form is only a request to begin the process of changing the address on your accounts and may take several business days to complete.

For faster processing, Login to your Bank of Zachary Online Banking, click on the Customer Service tab, then click on Requests & Messages. There will then be tabs on the left side of the page to initiate a Change of Address.
