Mobile Home & Land Financing

Bank of Zachary can finance mobile homes and land up to 80% of appraised value. The mobile home must be immobilized and attached to the property with an Act of Immobilization.

Let your checking account work overtime for your business by earning deposits a competitive interest rate. It takes $2,500 to open the account and earn interest, and a $10,000 minimum balance to avoid the $15 monthly service charge.
