  1. Are my deposit accounts FDIC insured?

    Yes! FDIC insurance covers all deposit accounts, including: checking accounts, savings accounts, money market deposit accounts and certificates of deposit. FDIC insurance does not cover other financial products and services that banks may offer, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, life insurance policies, annuities or securities.   2. Can accounts be opened online?

    Yes, we offer e-Z Checking, e-Z NOW, and e-Z Savings.

  3. Is interest paid on my checking account?

    Yes! If you want a checking account that pays a competitive rate of interest, check out our Interest Checking Accounts.

  4. How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?

    If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, you can provide your payroll department with your account number and bank routing number. We provide you with the account number and routing number at the time you open your account.

  5. Can I find out what my transactions are at any time?

    Yes! With 24 hour Telephone Banking. You call 225-654-1516 to access your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

  6. How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security Check?

    We can assist you while you are present by calling 1-800-772-1213 or 1-888-487-0143 or you can call either of the numbers yourself providing the social security office with your Bank of Zachary account number and bank routing number.
