Q. How do I enroll in Online Banking?

Q: What is my user ID and Password?
A: To obtain this information, please call the Internet Banking Department at (225) 654-2701.
*****If it is the first time to log on to the system, the system will require that you select a passmark picture and to set up your challenge questions. *****
***It is recommended that the customer print out the answers to the challenge questions and keep in a safe place. This is the only part of the system that is case sensitive. If you are asked to put in an answer to your challenge question and it is not entered in the way you first set it up, the system will not advance you to the next screen. ****
Q: What if I forget my password, how do I get it reset?
A: There are two ways to have your password reset,
- The customer can click on forgot your password tab and the system will send a temporary password to your email that we have on file.
- The customer can contact the IT Department at (225) 654-2701 and have it reset for them.
Q: Can I choose my own user ID and password?
A: No, customers are not allowed to choose their own user ID/password. The BOZ has a standard format for user ID/password.
Q: What happens if my email address changes?
A: Your email address can be updated by clicking on my profile tab in your internet banking.
Q: How do I add or remove an account to internet banking?
A: To have an account added or deleted, the customer must call the Internet banking dept.
Q: Can I pay my loan through internet banking?
A: Yes, you can pay your loan at the BOZ by clicking on the transfers and payment tab and then clicking on the pay loans tab.
Q: How can I change my challenge questions?
A: Your questions can be changed under my profile tab. Click on the change passmark tab, enter your Password, click submit and then change the questions/answers, update to make the changes.
Q: How do I set up pay my bills though internet banking?
A: Once you have logged into the system, click on the bill pay tab at the top and follow the screen. You must have your bills when setting up your payments, due to the information that is required for set up of these.
Q: What happens if a bill pay payment does not post in time but the account has been debited?
A: The Internet banking dept. will contact the bill pay dept to have the problem resolved.
Q: How can I view my statements online?
A: To view statements online, you must contact the internet banking dept to have e-statements activated. Once the account is set up to receive e-statements, an email will be sent to you every month when the statement cycles to alert you your statement is ready to view.
Q: How far can I view information on my accounts?
A: Information can only be viewed from the date that your account is set up and move forward.
Q: Can Quick Books or Quicken be downloaded onto my personal computer?
A: No, you cannot download your files directly into QuickBooks. You can save the file to an excel file and import the excel spreadsheet into quick books or quicken.
