Q: Do I need to be an internet banking customer to use Mobile Banking?

A: Yes, you do have to be enrolled as an internet banking customer to access mobile banking.

Q: Do I have a different user ID and password for Mobile Banking?

A: No, your user name and password is the same as internet banking.

Q: How Do I enroll in Mobile Banking?

A: You must log onto internet banking and click on the mobile banking tab to enroll.

Q: What happens if I do not select the text and mobile web options for my smart phone?

A: You have to unenroll (remove) your phone from mobile banking and start the enrollment process again.

Q. If I have an IPhone, do I have to go through the enrollment process?

A: Yes, your phone must be activated.

Q: If I only have text on my phone, can I still have Mobile Banking?

A: Yes, you can still have mobile banking; you must have a text plan on your phone to avoid additional charges.

Q: What happens if I don’t activate my phone within the given time? (24hrs.)

A: Go back to Mobile banking profile and select “Get Activation Code”

Q: How can I download the app to my IPhone?

A: You can download the app onto your Iphone by going to the Apple Store and downloading the app.

Q: Does the balance include your AOD (Automatic Overdraft) amount?

A: No, it does not include the AOD amount; however your line of credit amount and savings overdraft protection is included in your balance.

Q: What happens if my phone is stolen? Can money be transferred to another institution?

A: No, Money can only be transferred between accounts that have been set up in mobile banking.

Q: Can someone use my phone to access their accounts?

A: No, only the person that has activated their accounts on that phone will be able to use MB.

Q: Can I pay my bills through Mobile Banking?

A: No, not at this time.

Q: How do I remove or cancel Mobile Banking/

A.    Logon to Internet Banking, click on Mobile Banking and disable or remove your phone.
